A basic mechanical inspection inspects the following items for operation at the time of the inspection; heating units, cooling units, most built in kitchen appliances, water heater, plumbing, electrical and roof. The inspection time is approximately 2 hours. 

A mechanical inspection and a visual structural inspection. Includes the mechanical inspection as detailed above. The inspector will also inspect accessible doors, windows, foundations etc. Inspection will take approximately 4 hours. 

*Prices for homes under 3000 sq ft. Prices for inspection services only. Warranty invoiced separately from respective warranty company chosen. Prices subject to change.
